    • Chair discussions on duty of care pre-training
    • Overview of crises – prevention, incident management, recovery and closure
    • Customised walk-through of organisation-specific policies and procedures
    • Practical experience in managing crises
    • Consideration of ‘ripple effects’ – e.g. organisational reputation and legal vulnerabilities
